Payment must be made in full for your order to be processed.    We normally deliver via Australia Post Parcel Post, however,  depending on the size and the weight of your order it may also be sent by courier we currently use Couriers Please. If you have a strong preference to either please let us know in comments when ordering so that we can make appropriate arrangements.

If you have any problems with your order please contact us as soon as possible with further information and we will assist with an exchange or refund if appropriate.  


The easiest way to make contact at any time of the day or night is via our email address - which is frequently checked, should you require a phone call from us please leave information regarding the best time to phone.

We respect your privacy - we keep records for accounting and marketing within our business, but do not pass on your information to parties not directly associated with our website.

Bank Deposit:

If you select payment via Bank Deposit - it will show as payment pending on your order, prior to the deposit being made.

Please contact us if there will be a delay in payment so that we know that your still interested in purchasing the goods. If you fail to notify us when payment will be made, or to pay within a reasonable time period we reserve the right to cancel the order. If you wish to cancel the order please email us to notify of the change of mind.
